This week, the Labor Council for Latin American Advancement (LCLAA) launched a national campaign aimed at educating Latinos on the importance of voting a year before the presidential election. Latinos are the fastest-growing voter block and frequently play a decisive role in not only national elections, but in state and local elections in many parts of the country.
