A Carnival Cruise Lines crew member was airlifted from a cruise ship to a New Orleans hospital after she fell and hit her head on deck, the Coast Guard said in a news release Saturday. According to the statement, a Coast Guard helicopter picked up the 34-year-old Indonesian woman around 11:20 a.m.
