An Amber Alert has been issued for two young children believed to be “in danger of serious harm from their parents.”The alert said Lillyanna Ramires, nine, and Martin Angel Rosales, three, were taken from Elko, Nevada, on Wednesday and might be being taken to the Sacramento area.
